Don't worry, coming soon 心配しないで もうすぐ来るから

We went to pondicherry from Mahabalipuram by bus.
We were waiting for the bus for a long time, but it didn’t come. We asked at the ticket window many times, but they only said “Coming soon.” We waited longer, but it still didn’t come. We asked again. “The buses are very busy today. So, they don’t come to this bus stand. You should go to the other bus stand.” HUH? Why didn’t they tell us that in the first place! We had waited a long time. Eventually, we were able to take the bus.

When we arrived in Pondicherry, it was very busy. It was a national holiday. Hotels were all full. It was difficult to find a place to stay, but finally the information center man gave us nice cheap hotel, but only for one night. We have to find a new hotel tomorrow. :-(



KOLAMS : Good sprits are thought to be atracted to the beauty of kolam. Some believe that kolams protect against the evil eye. In south India, they make a Kolam in front of the door to their homes everyday. Each family makes their own design, and it is a different design every day.

Indians are drink coconut juice everywhere. I tried it... but it's not very delicious.
ヤシの実ジュース：インド人がすごくおいしそうに飲んでたから、トライしてみたけれど・・・そんなにおいしいものじゃない。




今日は、マハバリプラムからポンディチェリーへ。

バススタンドで待てど暮らせどポンディチェリー行きのバスが来ない。
係りの人に尋ねると、もうすぐ来るよと言われるばかり。
結局１時間半位待っただろうか・・・
もう一度尋ねると、ポンディチェリー行きのバスはすごく混んでいて、ここのバススタンドには来ないとのこと。
はぁ～～！！？？それを早く教えてくれよぉ～～！！
どれだけ待ったって思ってるんだぁ～～～！！！
私達は、教えてもらった別のバススタンドに歩いて行った。
無事、私達はポンディチェリー行きのバスに乗ることができた。

ポンディチェリーは祝日ですごく混んでいた。
なので、ホテルも一杯・・・
でも、インフォメーションセンターの親切なおじさんが一泊だけだけど安くていいゲストハウスを紹介してくれた。
明日はまた泊まる所を探さなくてはいけない・・・
